Privacy Notice
This notice explains what data we collect, why we use it, how long we retain it and your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Data controller

Data we collect
Name; phone, email or messenger; product or category details; package qualification answers; selected call time; attribution data and pseudonymous commercial events. Names, contact details and message text are not included in analytics events. With analytics consent we also record on-site behaviour (scrolling, clicks, cursor movement) with all typed text masked; recordings are kept for 90 days.
Purposes and legal basis
We use the data to reply, assess products, prepare a proposal, arrange a call, manage an enquiry through contract and payment, and prevent duplicate bookings. Analytics runs only with consent. The legal bases are consent and steps requested before a possible contract.
Retention
Enquiries, bookings and deal records are retained for 12 months after the last interaction or completion of work. Pseudonymous events and attribution are retained for up to 14 months. Contract records may be kept longer where tax or accounting law requires.
Processors and transfers
Hosting, data storage, consented analytics, email, telephony and messaging providers process data only for these purposes. Their infrastructure may be outside Thailand. We do not sell personal data.
Your PDPA rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent or objection, and may complain to Thailand's competent data protection authority.
