Terms of Service
These terms explain the service scope, contracting process, separate costs and limits of responsibility. They are not a public offer; the signed contract controls scope and price.

Services
Consulting and operations for Thailand market entry: research, regulatory filings, import coordination, fulfilment, marketplaces, local content, distribution and Thai-language customer service.
How work starts
After product review we issue a scope, staged plan and price. Work starts after the contract is signed, payment conditions are met and required access and materials are received.
Prices and separate costs
Website prices are indicative USD amounts. Inventory, media spend, creator fees, samples, official fees, laboratory work, freight, duties, tax, brokers, storage, packing materials, COD and delivery are paid separately unless the contract explicitly says otherwise.
Regulatory decisions
We prepare and submit documents, but government authorities decide applications. Thai FDA approval and decision timing are not guaranteed. Additional documents, tests, time and costs may be required.
Limits
We do not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, conversion, retailer listing, COD collection or repurchase of unsold inventory. The supplier remains responsible for product quality, composition and safety.
Governing law
Thai law applies unless the contract states otherwise. The parties first seek to resolve disputes through negotiation.
